Prices<\/span><\/h1>\n
    \n
  • A minimum stay of 7 nights is required<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prices for a double room vary depending on the season, holidays, and length of stay, starting from 100<\/strong><\/span>\u20ac<\/strong> to 200<\/strong><\/span>\u20ac<\/strong> per night<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The prices indicated include VAT and include; water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, and linens for the bathroom and bedroom.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Availability<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Book your room here; we have availability that you won't find on tourist portals.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Reservations<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total<\/strong> will be required, which can be paid by bank transfer<\/strong> (non-refundable in case of non-appearance).<\/li>\n
      • The balance of the reservation can be paid before arrival by bank transfer or in cash during check-in.<\/li>\n
      • Failure to make payment within the agreed terms of the required amount will result in the cancellation of the reservation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Cancellations<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • In case of cancellation or non-appearance, the paid deposit will be retained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Arrivals and Departures<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Arrivals are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (If the arrival is outside these hours, it must be agreed upon in advance)<\/li>\n
          • Departures are by 10:30 AM. Flexible late check-out is possible with prior notice.<\/li>\n
          • Upon arrival, guest data will be registered and sent online to the public security authorities as required by Italian law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Guests<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • It is not allowed to accommodate other people besides those registered.<\/li>\n
            • Tourist tax of \u20ac2.00 per guest per night for the first four days. Children up to 12 years old are exempt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • Change of sheets every 7 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
