Regulations & Rates

Prices

• A minimum stay of 7 nights is required
• Prices for a double room vary depending on the season, holidays, and length of stay, starting from 100€ to 200€ per night
• The prices indicated include VAT and include; water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, and linens for the bathroom and bedroom.

Availability

• Book your room here; we have availability that you won't find on tourist portals.

Reservations

• At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total will be required, which can be paid by bank transfer (non-refundable in case of non-appearance).
• The balance of the reservation can be paid before arrival by bank transfer or in cash during check-in.
• Failure to make payment within the agreed terms of the required amount will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellations

• In case of cancellation or non-appearance, the paid deposit will be retained.

Arrivals and Departures

• Arrivals are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (If the arrival is outside these hours, it must be agreed upon in advance)
• Departures are by 10:30 AM. Flexible late check-out is possible with prior notice.
• Upon arrival, guest data will be registered and sent online to the public security authorities as required by Italian law.

Guests

• It is not allowed to accommodate other people besides those registered.
• Tourist tax of €2.00 per guest per night for the first four days. Children up to 12 years old are exempt.

Included Services

• Change of sheets every 7 days

Extra Services for a fee

• Room cleaning every 3 days

Pets

• Small pets are allowed only with prior notice.

Smoking is prohibited inside the premises
